Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region in 400 hurdles... SAC Gold Medalist in 400 hurdles (1:03.37)... Placed fifth in 100 hurdles (15.00) and was part of 4x400 relay that finished fifth (4:04.31) at SAC Championship... Finished fourth in 400 hurdles at both Lee Last Chance Meet (1:03.74) and Montreat Last Chance Meet (1:05.01)... Took seventh in 100 hurdles (15.70) at Catamount Classic (Apr. 17)... Ran 15.29 in 100 hurdles for eighth place and 1:06.86 in 400 hurdles and placed sixth at Flames Invitational (Apr. 9-10)... Finished eighth in 100 hurdles (15.51) at Montreat Invitational (Mar. 27)... Ran third in both 100 hirdles (15.56) and 400 hurdles (1:07.12) and was second in 4x400 (4:05.40) at LR Bears Open (Mar. 21).

Indoor: SAC Gold Medalist in 4x400 relay (3:54.33) and was sixth in 400 meters (59.42) and seventh in 60 hurdles (9.38) at SAC Championship... 4x400 relay was fifth (3:50.05) at USC Open (Feb. 22), eighth (3:53.48) at Gamecock Opener (Jan. 18) and third (4:00.71) at ETSU Invitational (Jan. 11).

2019 (Cloud County CC)
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-American in 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay... Finished fourth in 400 hurdles and set school record at NJCAA national championship (1:02.92)... Placed seventh in 4x400 relay at NJCAA nationals (4:02.61)... Finished third in 400 hurdles (1:04.87) and fourth in 4x400 (3:59.30) at Region VI Championship...
