Request Zeke For Your Next Event

This form is to request an appearrance by the official Tusculum University mascot, Zeke, to your event.

Your request should be submitted at least TWO WEEKS prior to the event date.  Due to multiple requests, this is not a guarantee, as we work on first-come, first-served basis.  However, the spirit program will work to accommodate your request as best as possible.  A spirit program staff member will communicate with you upon receiving the completed request form and confirmation.

• All requests should be submitted in this format and will be considered on an individual basis. Please understand ZEKE is also a student and class times and team practice hours are first priority.
• Due to safety issues and privacy, the client shall provide a secure parking spot and a private dressing room for the mascot (if necessary to drive).
• If the appearance is more than a 20-minute drive, a gas fee of $20 will be added.
• ZEKE does NOT speak, but can communicate with hand gestures or with his mascot handler (if handler is necessary).
• Appearances for “in-house” or on campus are $45.
• Appearances for private or business functions are $65.
• Costs help cover the cleaning fee of the entire costume.
• ZEKE will require a mandatory 15-minute break for every 45 minutes and appearances are for a maximum of 2 hours.
• Payment must be received in full prior to the appearance date. Payment can be cash or check.  Checks made payable to Tusculum University Sprit Squad.
