Homecoming 5k Glow Run & 1 Mile Fun Run
Sponsorship Letter - October 12, 2023 at Tusculum University
We cordially invite you to participate as a Sponsor of Tusculum University’s Homecoming 5k Glow Run & 1 Mile Fun Run! This event will raise money to provide needed items for the Athletics and Advancement departments. The event will be held on Thursday, October 12 on our beautiful campus. The event will kick off at 7:30 p.m. with the 1-mile Fun Run featuring TU’s pioneer mascot, Zeke! The 5k Glow Run will begin following the 1-mile. Awards will be given for the top three female and male winners for each race, as well as age group awards.
Your sponsorship helps to defray the cost of organizing the event. Funds received from sponsorships are used to purchase t-shirts for registered race participants, awards, snacks, and several other race needs. Any additional money from sponsorships will help go toward the advancement departments for the university.
There are various levels of sponsorship for the 5k Glow Run & 1 mile Fun Run. Size and placement of logos on t-shirts and website are based on sponsorship level.
Level 1: Platinum--- $350

- Opportunity to speak at opening of race

The form & payment MUST be received on or before September 8 to have your logo included on the race shirts.
