GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Rookie Bailee Price recorded 13 kills, 12 digs and a .519 hitting percentage to lead the Tusculum College volleyball team to a three-set sweep over host Lenoir-Rhyne University Friday night at Shuford Memorial Gymnasium in South Atlantic Conference action.

The Pioneers (12-9, 3-4 SAC) won the match by scores of 25-21, 25-20, 25-16.

TC sophomore Carly Swisher accounted for 11 kills and three blocks, while sophomore setter Peyton Colclough tallied 31 assists and seven digs in the win.? Senior Gina Coffaro led Tusculum with 18 digs and eight kills.

L-R's Marrissa Church led all players with 20 digs, while setter Meredith Lutz added 25 assists and eight digs in the loss.

Tusculum posted a .292 hitting percentage in the match, including .306 (16-5-36) in the third set, while the Pioneer defense limited the Bears (14-8, 2-5 SAC) to only a .070 hitting percentage, including .029 in the second frame.

The Pioneers return to action Saturday afternoon as TC travels to Brevard College for a 1 p.m. SAC tilt.
