HARROGATE, Tenn. --- Michelle Meade scored the tiebreaking goal in the 64th minute and Tramicka James added to her hot streak with two more goals as Tusculum College downed Lincoln Memorial University 4-2 in a South Atlantic Conference Women's soccer matchup Tuesday afternoon.

Amber Marceau added an insurance goal and Courtney Turner had two assists for the Pioneers (8-6-0, 3-3-0 SAC), who won their fifth straight match and have outscored the opposition 23-2 during the streak.

Samantha Meek and Becky Thompson scored first-half goals for the Lady Railsplitters (9-4, 2-4 SAC), who were outshot 24-8 by the Pioneers in the match.

James, who scored in the 10th and 40th minutes to erase LMU leads of 1-0 and 2-1, has scored in five straight matches and has 11 goals over that span to give her 14 for the season. With 25 career goals, James has moved into eighth place on the Tusculum career goal list.

Meek gave LMU a 1-0 lead at 6:37 as she put home a 10-yard shot off a cross by Sarah Taylor, but James responded at 9:41 by heading home a long pass by Meade.

Thompson netted her fifth goal at 12:18 on a chip shot from 15 yards, assisted by Taylor, to put the Lady Railsplitters ahead 2-1, only to see James score at exactly 40 minutes following a corner kick by Courtney Turner to even the match at 2-2.

Tusculum took the lead at 3-2 as a shot by Patience Leonard went off the crossbar, and Meade fired home the rebound for her eighth goal of the season at 63:44. Just over five minutes later, a corner kick by Turner got loose in the box and Marceau took advantage for her second goal of the year at 69:07 to put the Pioneers on top 4-2.

Rachael Jennings earned the win for the Pioneers by making three saves, while the Lady Railsplitters received nine saves from Sarah Thompson.

Tusculum returns to action Saturday afternoon at Catawba, with the SAC game set to begin at 4:30 p.m.
