GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum University women's golf team has announced its 2024 spring schedule according to head coach Hunter Chandley.
The Pioneers will play in five regular-season tournaments in the spring, culminated by the 2024 South Atlantic Conference Championship.
The spring season opens Feb. 26-27 at the Low Tide Intercollegiate which will be held at the Dunes West Golf & River Club in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
On Mar. 11-12, the Pioneers will compete at the Converse Spring Invitational at the Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Tusculum will host the 26th annual Agnes McAmis Memorial Invitational on Mar. 18-19 at Link Hills Country Club in Greeneville. The Pioneers have won their home tournament on eight occasions. TU finished runner-up at last year's event.
The Pioneers will be at the Lady Bearcat Invitational on Mar. 25-26 in Greenwood, South Carolina. This will be TU's fourth consecutive trip to Lander University's spring event as TU's best showing came at the 2021 event tournament, finishing sixth.
Tusculum will close out the regular season on Apr. 8-9 as the Pioneers make the short trip to Travelers Rest, South Carolina for the Cherokee Valley Invitational.
The 2024 SAC Championship will be conducted Apr. 14-16 and hosted by Catawba College at the Country Club of Salisbury. Tusculum finished sixth at last year's SAC Tournament and the Pioneers are two-time winners of this event, winning in back-to-back tournaments in 2000 and 2001.
The NCAA Division II Regional will be held May 6-8 in Cleveland, Tennessee and hosted by Lee University. The NCAA II National Championship will be played in Winter Garden, Florida and held May 20-24.
