CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- The Tusculum College women's golf team carded a two-day total of 700 to finish 10th at the Ralph Hargett Intercollegiate, hosted by Wingate University at Olde Sycamore Golf Club.

Freshman Jillian Corum and senior Mary Ann Vizcarrondo each posted a two-day total of 171 to lead the Pioneers and finish the tournament tied for 25th. Emily Palenkas finished the tournament in 40th with a two-day total of 177, while Aly Pugh (181) and Adriana Vizcarrondo (189) finished 44th and tied for 52nd, respectively.

Newberry College won the tournament by 17 shots, carding a two-day total of 637 with rounds of 320 and 317. UNC Pembroke finished second with 654, followed by Carson-Newman College (665), host Wingate (673), and Anderson University (678). Lincoln Memorial University (681) finished sixth, followed by Queens University of Charlotte (687), Pfeiffer University (693), Catawba College (698), Tusculum, Mount Olive College (716), and Lenoir-Rhyne University (736).

Tusculum returns to the links on April 12 and 13 when the Pioneers host the 13th annual Agnes McAmis Memorial at Link Hills Country Club.
