Joyce Jordan joined the Tusculum University women's basketball program as a graduate assistant coach for the 2023-24 season.

Jordan came to Tusculum after completing her basketball playing career at the College of Coastal Georgia, where she averaged 15.9 points and 7.7 rebounds per game and was a second-team All-Sun Conference honoree during the 2022-23 season. A forward, Jordan led the Mariners in three-pointers with 45 and recorded eight double-doubles while scoring 20 or more points eight times.

Jordan was recruited to play at Coastal Georgia by current Tusculum head coach Roger Hodge after she played two seasons at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona. She averaged 12.3 points and 6.4 rebounds per game as a sophomore and was named team Most Valuable Player during the 2019-20 season. The Phoenix, Arizona native finished her career with more than 1,500 points at the collegiate level.

Jordan earned an associate of arts degree from Scottsdale Community College in May, 2020 and received a bachelor of arts degree from College of Coastal Georgia in May, 2023.
