Lindsey Roddy begins her second season as Tusculum assistant women's basketball coach in 2023-24.

Roddy came to Tusculum in the summer of 2022 after serving as an assistant coach at William Blount High School during the 2021-22 season. Prior to William Blount, Roddy was a graduate assistant coach at Lee University following a four-year career with the Flames from 2016-2020.

The Maryville, Tennessee native was a four-year starter at Lee, finishing her career with 1,086 points in 125 games, including 111 starts (8.7 points per game). A 5-7 guard, Roddy connected on 114 three-pointers for the Flames and also averaged 3.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game for her career. Roddy averaged at least eight points per game in all four seasons of her Lee career, including 9.3 points per game as a senior.

During Roddy's four seasons, the Flames compiled a 95-30 record and made four trips to the NCAA Division II Tournament, including a first-round win over North Alabama in 2018. Lee would also make an NCAA Tournament appearance while Roddy was a graduate assistant in 2021.

Roddy served as an assistant coach at her alma mater William Blount in 2021-22 after coaching at the elementary school level during the 2020-21 season. She was also an AAU assistant coach for two years and has organized and planned basketball camps for all ages. At William Blount, Roddy was an All-District player and reached 1,000 career points.

Roddy graduated from Lee in May 2020 with a bachelor of science degree in health and wellness education K-12. She was a member of the Gulf South Conference Honor Roll during her playing career. Roddy earned a master of science degree in curriculum and instruction from Western Governors University in January, 2021.
