INDIANAPOLIS --- The Tusculum College softball team is
listed in several categories in this week's edition of the NCAA
Division II statistics announced officials Tuesday.Tusculum (12-26, 3-9 SAC) is ranked 22nd in the nation in double plays per game (0.39) this season, and is listed 51st in the land in fielding percentage (.964). Freshman Savannah Ewing is listed 21st in the nation in sacrifice hits per contest (0.36).
The Pioneers return to the diamond on Wednesday when they travel to Mars Hill, N.C. for a South Atlantic Conference matchup with Mars Hill College (23-15, 9-3 SAC). First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m.
