The 2008 South Atlantic Conference Player of the Year led the Pioneers to their second consecutive South Atlantic Conference championship this season, and became the third player in program history to score 20 or more goals in multiple campaigns with the black and orange. A native of Valenca, Bahia, Conceicão has amassed the seven-highest goal and point totals in school history in just two seasons with 45 goals and 106 points in his career thus far.
Conceicão garnered many honors this season with the Pioneers, including Daktronics Men's Soccer Southeast Region Player of the Year and was a three-time SAC Player of the Week. The 5-10, 165-pound forward delivered the decisive goal 15 times in his two-year career with Tusculum, which ranks second all-time in program history.
