TAZEWELL, Tenn. --- The Tusculum College men's golf team defeated Lincoln Memorial University 4-1 in the TC/LMU Match Play event Saturday afternoon at Woodlake Country Club.

Tusculum's Darren Christie won his match over Charlie Hawes 2&1, while Jacob Scheffers won his match over LMU's Steve Cameron by sinking a birdie putt on the final hole.

Tusculum returns to action March 5-6 as the Pioneers compete at the Richard Rendleman Invitational in Salisbury, N.C.
