INDIANAPOLIS --- The Tusculum College men's basketball team is listed in three team categories according to this week's NCAA Division II statistics.

The Pioneers (8-10, 5-3 SAC) are 17th in the nation in free throw percentage at .764, which is tops in the South Atlantic Conference and third in the NCAA II Southeast Region.

Tusculum is also 35th in scoring defense, allowing just 64.4 points per game (2nd in SAC) and 36th in field goal percentage (.484 - 2nd in SAC).

The Pioneers have won four of their last five games and are tied for second place in the league. Tusculum returns to action Wednesday night when it hosts Lenoir-Rhyne University for an 8 p.m. contest at Pioneer Arena.
