INDIANAPOLIS --- The Tusculum College men's basketball team is listed in four team categories according to this week's NCAA Division II statistics announced College officials Tuesday.
The Pioneers (9-13, 3-7 in South Atlantic Conference) are ranked 29th in the country in three-point field goals per game (8.7), 37th in three-point field percentage (.389), 39th in assists per game (16.4 apg) and 49th in assist/turnover ratio (1.09).
Sophomore guard Kyle Moore is listed in three statistical categories including 11th in three-point field goals per game (3.4), 33rd in three-point percentage (.428) and 18th in free throw percentage (.870). Senior forward Jordan Lear is 36th in three-point percentage (.423) and junior Ryan Troutman is 44th in assist/turnover ratio (2.02).
Tusculum returns home on Wednesday to host Wingate University. The Pioneers dropped an 81-77 decision to the Bulldogs last month at Wingate. TC is coming off a 65-61 road win at Catawba on Saturday.
