Former Tusculum football standout Rocky Jones joined the Pioneer coaching staff in Summer 2022 where he will be working with the TU linebackers.
Jones returned to his alma mater after coaching three years at the prep level. From 2019-2021, he coached at Madison Central High School in Richmond, Kentucky where he served as outside linebackers coach. He moved onto Berea Community High School in 2021 and served as defensive coordinator while coaching the defensive line.
Jones lettered four seasons with the Pioneers from 2011-2014 where he shined at linebacker. In his 39 career games, he totaled 126 tackles with six for loss and an interception. He was also a member of the Pioneer Elite during his junior and senior seasons.
The Anderson, South Carolina native graduated from Tusculum in 2015 and majored in math education.
