GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- For the second-straight season, the Tusculum University beach volleyball team wins the SAC Beach Challenge over Carson-Newman in the title match. The Pioneers' winning streak has reached seven in a row.
Tusculum (18-9) will wrap up its 2022 season at the AVCA Small College Beach Championship, which runs from April 14-16, in Tavares, Florida.

Haley Davis and Charlyn Miller provided the clinching-point to repeat as SAC Beach Challenge Champions, winning both in the tournament's history.
The second flight partners skated through with ease against their Eagle counterparts, 21-6, 21-15.
Skyellar Hall and Emily Lawless claimed the match's first point at No. 5 in a straight-set decision, 21-15, 21-16.
Katie McLamb and Olivia Knutson, the standout freshmen, needed a reverse sweep to collect their fourth flight win: 20-22, 21-17, 15-5.
The lone Tusculum loss was at the 3's. Britney Shawel and Landry Tea were on the wrong end of identical 21-13, 21-13 scores.
The top flight of Emma Johnson and Olivia O'Keefe added the final exclamation point with their own reverse sweep: 22-24, 21-12, 15-9.
Arizona Webb and Diana Bierwagen competed in the exhibition flight, adding to TU's dominance with a 21-18, 21-17 victory.
