GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum University basketball teams will be hosting their annual "Pack the Arena" Night this Wednesday (Feb. 21) when the Pioneers host longtime in-state rival Lincoln Memorial University at Pioneer Arena. The women's game will tip-off at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men's game at 7:30 p.m.
The women's team has designated their contest with the Railsplitters as its Play4Kay Game. In conjunction with the Play4Kay initiative, fans are asked to wear PINK to Wednesday's game in backing the Kay Yow Cancer Fund which is the premier non-profit organization dedicated to supporting innovative ways of fighting ALL cancers affecting women.
Wednesday's men's contest will be the team's Make-A-Wish Night as the "wish" of a local young person will be revealed at halftime of the men's game.
The Tusculum women's volleyball team will also be honored at halftime of the men's contest. The Pioneers will be presented their championship rings for winning the 2023 South Atlantic Conference Tournament and advancing to the NCAA Division II postseason.
