GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum University basketball teams will host its annual "Pack the Arena" Night this Wednesday when the Pioneers host in-state foe Lincoln Memorial University for a South Atlantic Conference doubleheader. The women's game begins at 5:30 p.m. with the men's game slated for 7:30 p.m.
There will be special in-game promotions, games and halftime performances throughout the evening as the Pioneers and Railsplitters square off. TU fans and students are asked to wear "Black" in support of the Pioneers.
Tickets are available for purchase in advance on-line at www.TusculumPioneers.com, powered by HomeTown Ticketing. Ticket prices are $12 for adults, $7 for seniors (65 and older) and $7 for kids ages 6-12.
The Tusculum women defeated LMU 67-38 in this year's first encounter in Harrogate. The Pioneers are 16-3 overall and 7-2 in conference play. TU is a perfect 9-0 at home this season as well.
The Tusculum men's team is 9-7 overall and 5-4 in SAC play. The Railsplitters are 19-1 on the season and are a perfect 9-0 in SAC play including a 72-67 nail-biter win over Tusculum last month in Harrogate. LMU is currently the third-ranked team in the nation.
