Robin Smith Named SAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

ROCK HILL, S.C.

--- Tusculum College's Robin Smith has been named the South Atlantic Conference Female Cross Country Runner of the Week announced league officials.

Smith, a graduate student from Greenwood, S.C., finished second at the Camp Bethel Open with a 5K time of 21:53 on a very sloppy layout.

The Winthrop University transfer has been Tusculum's top runner in all three meets this season, including a 10th place finish at the Stampede at the Shoals.? Smith is serving double-duty this season, also playing on the Tusculum Women's soccer team.

Smith and the Pioneers will be at the Trailblazer Invitational this Saturday in Gray, Tenn.
