GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum College women's tennis team is listed 31st in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association National rankings that were released yesterday by the organization. TC moved up five spots from the previous poll after a 10-0 start to the season.

The Pioneers are 11-1 overall this season and 3-1 in the South Atlantic Conference. TC is one of three teams nationally ranked from the SAC as Queens University of Charlotte is 28th and Wingate University is 49th. TC is also ranked eighth in the latest ITA Southeast Region rankings that were released last week.

The Pioneers will be back in action this weekend with a pair of matches at the Nichols Tennis Complex. TC will host Coker on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Newberry on Sunday beginning at noon.
