ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. --- Tusculum junior Reagan Padilla carded a one-under score of 71 in the second round and has moved up to a tie for sixth place during day one action of the Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate.

The two-day, 54-hole tournament is being hosted by Lincoln Memorial and held at the par-72, 5,918-yard Golf Club at South Hampton.

The Pioneers are 12^th in the 17-team field as TU posted team scores of 329 and 321 for a 36-hole total 650.

Padilla opened the day with a 75 in her first 18 holes. In Monday's second round, she was at three-under par after 11 holes. She would bogey three of the next five holes before rebounding with a par and a birdie on her 36^th hole of the day to finish with a 71, matching the lowest round in her collegiate career (T13th lowest in program history).

Wingate has the first day lead as the Bulldogs carded a two-round total of 582 and leads by 14 shots over second place Palm Beach Atlantic (596). Barry is third with 597, followed by Rogers State (605), Lincoln Memorial (608), Erskine (612), North Georgia (615), Christian Brothers (623), Emmanuel (630), Union, Tenn. (638), Barton (638), Tusculum (650), Belmont Abbey (653), King (654), UNC Pembroke (666), North Greenville (682) and Shorter (686).

Palm Beach Atlantic's Jaycee Jenkins is the 36-hole leader with a one-under par score of 73-70=143 and leads by one shot over Wingate's Amely Bochaton (71-73=144).

Tusculum's Delfin Filiz shot back-to-back rounds of 83 for her 166 which has her tied for 67^th place. Maylei Hildenbrand is 73^rd with 85-84=169, Annabelle Mozingo is 77^th with 87-84=171 and Emilie Bergh-Jacobsen is 80^th with 86-89=175.

Tuesday's final round will begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.
