Women's Golf tied for 11th after day one of Low Tide Intercollegiate

MT. PLEASANT, S.C. --- The Tusculum University women's golf posted rounds of 323 and 312 for their 36-hole score of 635 as the Pioneers are tied for 11th place at the Low Tide Intercollegiate. The two-day, 54-hole tournament is being held at the Dunes West Golf Club and hosted by Limestone University.

Tusculum's Anna Ahonen carded back-to-back rounds of 74 for her 148 and is in sole possession of 12th place, individually. Reagan Padilla is tied for 15th place with 76-74=150, Emilie Bergh-Jacobsen is 66th with 87-80=167, Lindsay Self is 69th with 86-85=171 and Adrienne O'Brien is 72nd with 97-84=181.

Host Limestone leads with 583, three shots ahead of second place North Georgia (586). Lee University is third with 587, followed by Lenoir-Rhyne (593), Lander (598), West Georgia (599), Newberry (623), Catawba (625), Columbus State (627), Coker (632), Tusculum (635), Erskine (635) and UNC Pembroke (648).

The tournament will conclude with Tuesday's final round.
