GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum College women's golf team posted a two-day score of 662 to finish 10th at the 18th annual Agnes McAmis Memorial Invitational Tuesday at Link Hills Country Club.

Lander rallied from a nine-shot deficit to shoot 627 and claim its first McAmis Memorial title as the Bearcats were led by tournament medalist Mariana Martins. Martins and defending McAmis medalist Caitlyn Starrs of Wingate finished tied with 151. Martins won the individual crown in a playoff.

Lander fired a final day 307 to overcome first-round leader King University (633) by six shots. Carson-Newman finished third with 637, followed by USC Beaufort (643), Newberry (646), Wingate (648), Catawba (651), Lincoln Memorial (652), Converse (655), Tusculum, Pfeiffer (668), Young Harris (671), Converse B (689), Lenoir-Rhyne (691), Anderson (702) and Spartanburg Methodist (722).

The 2015 McAmis Memorial All-Tournament included Martins (76-75=151), Starrs (72-79=151), Lander's Sophie Stone (76-76=152), King's Elizabeth Swallow (74-79=153) and LMU's Lindsay Davis (79-76=155). Davis, who was tied with Converse's Maddisen Cox at 155, claimed the final spot on the All-Tournament Team via a playoff.

Taylor Lambertsen was the top TC finisher as she posted 79-79=158 to tie for 13th place. Rookie Ciara Rattana posted 78-81=159 to finish 15th, while senior Alec Cunningham shot 90-84=174 (62nd) in her final collegiate tournament at Link Hills. Calley Lawson (86-88-174, T62nd) and Blythe Scrivner (88-87=175, T66th) rounded out the team scoring. TC's Kelly Horrell posted rounds of 88-84=172 to tie for 56th place as an individual competitor. Also playing individually for the Pioneers were Lindsay Butler (91-85=176, T68th) and Sayre Hopper (113-96=209, 93rd).

Tusculum returns to action Apr. 12-14 for the South Atlantic Conference championship, which will be held in Sevierville, Tennessee.
