INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. --- Tusculum University junior Theresa Green-White advanced to the finals of the women's 60-meter hurdles during competition Friday at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship.

Green-White, competing in the third and final heat, automatically qualified for the finals by finishing second in her heat. Her time of 8.42 seconds broke her own school record of 8.51 seconds set at the VMI Winter Relays on Feb. 1, and qualified her sixth out of eight runners in Saturday's finals.

The Stafford, Texas native, who was an All-American in the 100-meter hurdles at last spring's NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship, will compete in the finals on Saturday at 2:15 p.m.
