GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Due to the recent snow storm in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area, this weekend's the Deep South Classic softball tournament, in which Tusculum College was scheduled to play four games, has been cancelled.

Head coach Julie Huebner has announced that the Pioneers will now travel to Augusta, Georgia to play Georgia Regents University of Augusta on Sunday (March 1) in a doubleheader.

Tusculum's last 11 scheduled games over the past two weeks have either been postponed or cancelled because of the recent string of winter weather across the southeast. The Pioneers (3-5) and Jaguars will begin Sunday's twinbill at 12 p.m.
