SOFTBALL TO HOLD 14TH ANNUAL SKILLS AND DRILLS CAMP

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Tusculum College softball head coach Fred Gillum has announced the dates for this summer's 14th annual Skills and Drills Softball Camp, which will take place June 8-10 at Red Edmonds Field on the Tusculum College campus.

The camp will be broken up into two sessions over the three-day period, with a morning session from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and an afternoon session from 1:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Skills and Drills Camp also provides the opportunity for two separate age groups to learn the game of softball, as campers will be split up into two groups of 9 thru 12 year olds and 13 thru 17 year olds. Monday's sessions will focus on fundamentals of the game, while Tuesday's instruction will be centered on offensive skills. The Wednesday sessions will then focus on defense and pitching to round out the week.

The cost of the three-day camp is $80 per camper, which includes a Skills and Drills Camp T-shirt.
