
INDIANAPOLIS --- The Tusculum College men's tennis team is listed 10th in the latest NCAA Division II Southeast Region rankings.
The Pioneers (18-5) finished runner-up at last week's Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Tournament in Rock Hill, S.C.
Armstrong Atlantic State University is the top-ranked team in the regional poll. Columbus State University is second followed by Lander University, Georgia College, GRU Augusta, University of Mount Olive, Wingate University, University of North Georgia, USC Aiken, Tusculum and Coker College to comprise the Southeast Region poll.
Tusculum has won 15 of its last 17 matches and is in quest of the program's sixth NCAA postseason appearance.
The announcement of the 2014 NCAA II Championship field will be announced later this month.
