
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum College men's tennis team made a clean sweep as the Pioneers blanked visiting Milligan College 9-0 at the Nichols Tennis Complex.
The Pioneers (4-0) remain undefeated, while winning in its spring opener.
Tusculum captured all three doubles points, including an 8-1 pro set win by the No. 2 duo of Oliver Smith and Steven Lin as they knocked off the Milligan pair of Kody Horne and Bryan Upshaw.
In singles, Tusculum won all six points in straight sets as Smith, Lin, Luis Zamora, Henrique Rodrigues, Drew Kiser and Paulo dos Santos recorded victories.
Tusculum is back in action on Thursdays as they travel to King College for a 2 p.m. contest.
