Nic Ranieri joined the Tusculum coaching staff in Fall in 2023 as an assistant with the men's soccer program.
Ranieri comes to Tusculum after serving as an assistant coach at Manchester University for the 2022 season. A 2017 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan, Ranieri played pro soccer in Spain and Italy before beginning his coaching career at the club and travel level. Ranieri was also an assistant coach for the women's soccer team at the University of Cincinnati Clermont.
Ranieri is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and played 47 games across three seasons at West Virginia Wesleyan (2014-16), scoring a goal and two assists for four points. Ranieri began his collegiate career at Lipscomb, where he played in 12 games as a freshman in 2013 and earned one assist.
Ranieri earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Virginia Wesleyan and a masters degree in accounting and business/management from Xavier.
