GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Coogan Lethco has signed a national letter of intent to attend Tusculum College and play lacrosse for the Pioneers announced TC head coach Richard Carrington.
Lethco, a native of St. Augustine, Fla., was a four-year starter and served as team campaign at Pedro Menendez High School. He was a Team Florida All-Star in 2012 and was the 2013 recipient of the Falcon Award, which recognizes the program's most valuable player.
"In the age of specialization, Coogan is that rare athlete that
excels in multiple facets of the game. Not only does he lead his
team in ground balls and takeaways, but he is also one of his
team's leading goal scorers, which is quite a feat for a defensive
player," said Carrington. "We anticipate Coogan's versatility
making an immediate impact on our program."
