ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. --- The Tusculum University men's golf team posted a tournament tally of 903 to finish 17^th at the 2025 Spring Kickoff Intercollegiate. The two-day, 54-hole event was hosted by Lincoln Memorial University and conducted on the par-72, 7.136-yard St. Johns Golf & Country Club.

LMU claimed the team title and as the seventh-ranked Railsplitters carded a 14-under par total of 850, winning by five strokes over co-runner-ups Wingate and Columbus State who finished with 855. Georgia Southwestern was fourth with 866, followed by Lander (867), North Georgia (873), Flagler (879), Shorter (880), Erskine (888), Union, Tenn. (889), Anderson (891), Ferris State (892), Newberry (892), King (894), Coker (898), Mount Olive (902), Tusculum (903), Limestone (914) and Christian Brothers (933).

Georgia Southwestern's Felipe Gomez shot a final round 67 to finish with a three-round score of 205 and win by three shots over LMU's George Durkan and Wingate's Brandon Skidmore who both posted 208.

Liam van Deventer was the top Pioneer as the senior finished 35^th with a three-round score of 73-71-77=221. Harrison Price finished 60^th with 72-78-77=227, Marinus Jeebe tied for 72^nd with 73-80-77=230, Blake Williams finished 84^th with 75-78-80=233 and Buster O'Callaghan totaled 82-78-74=234 to finish 86^th.

Tusculum returns to action Feb. 24-25 as the compete at the Oldfield Classic in Okatie, South Carolina.
