Khayleb Willis was named to the Tusculum football coaching staff in 2022 as a graduate assistant coach where he will be working with the Pioneer cornerbacks.

He joined the TU staff after serving as an assistant coach at his alma mater, St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He mentored the cornerbacks while also recruiting the states of Florida, Illinois and Minnesota. He assisted with special teams and also video coordination.

Coach Willis also logged experience at the prep level at Northfield (Minn.) High School and at Pine Ridge High School in Deltona, Florida.

Willis played for the St. Olaf from 2016-2019 and was a three-time All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection at running back, including being named to the first team in 2018. The Deltona, Florida native ran for 2,332 yards on 510 carries with 21 touchdowns in his career with the Oles, making him one of the most productive rushers in program history. He was elected team captain and was a member of the St. Olaf Leadership Council. He was also a recipient of the Danielson Award for on-going inspiration and leadership.
