Four-time All-Conference standout Innis Claud was named to the Tusculum football coaching staff in July 2022 as a graduate assistant coach and will assist with coaching the TU offensive line.
Claud boasts an impressive list of accomplishments while earning All-Gulf South Conference accolades four times at Delta State University. He was a first team selection in 2017 and 2021 and garnered second team recognition in 2018 and 2019. He was also a two-time Football Gazette All-Super Region 2 choice (2017, 2019) and was a member of the Gulf South Academic Honor Roll. He is only the fourth player in league history to earn All-GSC accolades four times.
In his rookie campaign in 2017, he helped the Statesmen to a 9-4 record as Delta State advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II Playoffs. That season, DSU led the Gulf South in rushing averaging 228.7 yards per game.
The Albany, Georgia native earned his undergraduate (2020) and graduate (2022) degrees from Delta State in health, physical education and recreation.
