Baseball

Jesse Fishbaum was named to the Tusculum University baseball coaching staff in Summer 2021 where he serves as a graduate assistant coach. He will assist with all aspects of the TU diamond program including strength and conditioning, practice management, academic advisement and player development.

His collegiate career includes stints at Scottsdale Community College, Ryerson University and Cleary University. He shined primarily as the center fielder at Cleary where he was a three-time All-WHAC Academic Team selection. In his senior year he started in all in 39 games with the Cougars where he boasted a .356 batting average, and .959 OPS, with 56 total hits including seven doubles, three triples and four home runs. He also amassed 19 RBI with 42 runs scored, with only one error.

A native of Toronto, Ontario, Fishbaum earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Cleary in 2021 and is working on his MBA at Tusculum.
