
Tusculum University sprinter Theresa Green-White has been named the Applebee's Female Student-Athlete of the Month for March 2025.
Green-White, a junior from Stafford, Texas, earned All-America honors with her seventh place finish in the women’s 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship last month in Indianapolis.
She qualified for the finals with a school-record time of 8.42 seconds in the preliminaries. She ran 8.44 seconds in the finals to become the first Tusculum female athlete to earn indoor All-America distinction in competition.
At last weekend’s outdoor meet at the Blue Bear Invite, Green-White was a member of TU’s 4x100 relay which posted a time of 44.91 seconds which at the moment of the race was the fastest time in NCAA II this season. It also broke their own school record of 45.85 seconds set a week earlier at Appalachian State

The Applebee's Student-Athlete of the Month Award honors one male and one female student-athlete each month from an in-season sport during the 2024-25 academic year, recognizing their hard work, effort and performance.
