MONROE, N.C. --- Wingate University has announced the cancellation of the 17th annual J. Ralph Hargett Memorial Intercollegiate tournament at the Monroe Country Club. With two inches of snow on the ground and a foreboding forecast for Monday, the tournament committee opted for cancelling the annual event.

The Pioneers will return to action March 25-26 when they host the 24^th annual Tusculum College Invitational at Link Hills Country Club.  This will be the final men's home tournament for TC head coach Bob Dibble, who will be retiring in May.
