HICKORY, N.C. --- Tusculum's David Cooper finished runner-up in the 10,000-meter run at the Southeast Regional Championship, which is being held on the campus of Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Cooper, a sophomore from Greeneville, Tenn., finished second with a 10K-time of 32:55.04.
In the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase, TC senior Jenny Grant finished sixth with her time of 14:09.04.
Competition at the Southeast Regional Championship will conclude on Saturday.
