GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Tramicka James continued her torrid scoring pace with her second consecutive hat trick to lead Tusculum College past Anderson University 4-0 in South Atlantic Conference Women's soccer action Saturday afternoon at Niswonger Sports Complex / Pioneer Field.

James, who has nine goals in her last four games and was coming off a four-goal performance last Saturday at Barton, scored in the 25th, 39th and 78th minutes for the Pioneers (7-6-0, 2-3-0 SAC), who posted their fourth straight shutout victory. The Trojans dropped to 6-8-1 overall and 2-5-0 in the SAC with the loss.

The Pioneers got on the scoreboard at 24:04 when James picked up a loose ball from 25 yards out, split the defense and beat the Trojan keeper to give Tusculum a 1-0 lead. James scored again at 38:44 when she took a perfect through ball by Kourtney Kavic and beat the keeper one-on-one to send the Pioneers to halftime with a 2-0 lead.

In the second half, James completed the hat trick at 77:43 when she eluded two defenders at the top of the box and blasted home a shot to the top left corner for her 12th goal of the season. Kavic closed out the scoring at 80:02 on a chip from the top of the box, her third goal of the season.

Tusculum had a 15-6 advantage in shots, including 10-2 in the first half, and a 6-4 overall edge in corner kicks.

Rachael Jennings made three saves for her third solo shutout in the last four matches for Tusculum, while Anderson's Kaitlyn Neipp finished with seven stops.

The Pioneers return to action Tuesday afternoon with a 4:00 p.m. match at Lincoln Memorial University.
