GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Tusculum College sophomore Ciara Rattana fired an opening round 76 and shares the first day lead at the 19th annual Agnes McAmis Memorial Women's Golf Invitational, which is being held at Link Hills Country Club.

Lincoln Memorial University posted the best team score of the day as the Railsplitters finished with 311 and have a nine-shot lead over host Tusculum and King University who both carded 320. Newberry is in fourth place with 321, while Carson-Newman University rounds out the top-five with 324.

Rattana shares the lead with Carson-Newman's Elizabeth England and King's Elizabeth Swallow, who also posted opening round scores of 76. The duo of Danielle Burrell of LMU and Newberry College's Taylor Lance are one shot out of first with 77 and are tied for fourth place. The LMU trio of Abigail Evans, Sydney Gallant and Lise Malherbe all shot 78 and are tied for sixth place.

Lenoir-Rhyne University is in sixth place with 328, followed by Anderson University (329), Converse College (334) and a three-way log jam between Methodist University, North Greenville University and Pfeiffer University, who all shot 340 and are tied for ninth.

Converse B is 12th with 348, while Tusculum B and Belmont Abbey University are tied for 13th with 358. Brevard College rounds out the scoring with 368.

Tusculum junior Taylor Lambertsen shot 79 and is tied for ninth place and rookie Katie Tomassoni posted an 81 and is tied for 18th. Senior Calley Lawson shot 84 and is tied for 33rd place while freshman Cydney Murrell fired an 85 and is tied for 41st.

Leading Tusculum B was freshman Kelsey Haun as she is in 50th with 86, while junior Lindsay Butler is 54th after posting an 87. Freshmen Taylor White (88 - 56th) and Trista Holder (97 - 83rd), along with sophomore Sayre Hopper (98 - 84th) rounded out the scoring for Tusculum B.

Playing as individual competitors, junior Blythe Scrivner finished 41st with an 85, while senior Kelly Horrell fired a 92 and is tied for 71st place.

The final round of the McAmis Memorial will be played on the par-72, 5,805-yard Link Hills layout on Tuesday beginning at 9 a.m.
