Pioneers ranked 13th in final NTCA DII/III Poll

WHITEWATER, Wis. --- The Tusculum University women's bowling team ended the season ranked 13th in the final 2019-2020 National Tenpin Coaches' Association Division II/III Poll.

The Pioneers, who completed its inaugural campaign, received 73 total points and were one of eight East Coast Conference teams listed in this year's final NTCA national ranking.

TU posted a 41-57 overall record and recorded nine wins over nationally-ranked teams this year including Nebraska, Tulane (twice), Wisconsin-Whitewater, Delaware State, Fairleigh Dickinson, North Carolina A&T and Lincoln Memorial (twice).

Tusculum took on a very challenging schedule playing 48 contests against teams ranked in the NTCA National Poll (all divisions) and 31 matches against teams that finished the year in the NTCA Division II/III Poll, including nine victories.
