GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum University women's basketball team is again receiving votes in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) national Division II poll for the week ending January 8.
The Pioneers (14-2, 5-1 South Atlantic Conference) had their 11-game winning streak come to an end last week with a 68-59 overtime loss at Limestone on Wednesday, but Tusculum bounced back with an 82-44 win over Mars Hill on Saturday.

The Pioneers, who are ranked sixth in this week's D2SIDA Southeast Region poll, travel to Carson-Newman (9-6, 4-2 SAC) on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and host Wingate (10-4, 3-2 SAC) Saturday at 2 p.m. at Pioneer Arena.
