Tusculum softball to support breast cancer awareness on Saturday
GREENEVILLE, Tenn. ---

The Tusculum College softball team will raise money for breast cancer awareness during Saturday's South Atlantic Conference doubleheader against Anderson University at Red Edmonds Field.

The Pioneers will wear pink belts and socks, and encourage all fans in attendance to wear pink. During the game, a table will be set up where contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Saturday's doubleheader will decide the 2013 SAC Championship, as the Trojans (35-9, 12-4 SAC) enter the final weekend of the season with a one-game lead over the Pioneers (27-16, 11-5 SAC). Both teams are seeking their first-ever SAC title, with the Pioneers needing to sweep the Trojans to win the championship.

Game one is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. on Saturday from Red Edmonds Field. Admission to all Tusculum College softball games is free.
