Nationally-ranked Francis Marion University handed Tusculum
College a 9-0 loss in non-conference men's tennis action Saturday
afternoon.
The 27th-ranked Patriots (8-3) did not lose a set in singles on
their way to the victory over the Pioneers (3-4). All six players
in the lineup for Francis Marion posted singles and doubles wins on
the afternoon.
Tusculum will begin its Spring Break trip to Hilton Head Island on
Monday with a match against Georgetown (Ky.) beginning at 3 p.m.
The Pioneers will also face Charleston (W.Va.) and Dickinson during
their stay.
