LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- Tusculum University senior attack Keegan Bell has been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association/Warrior and New Balance Division II Team of the Week for the week ending February 10.
Bell set Tusculum men's lacrosse program single-game records with seven goals and 10 points as the Pioneers defeated Lees-McRae 23-8 on Saturday afternoon. Bell scored two goals in the first quarter, four in the second and one more in the third to break the previous records of six goals and eight points in a game.
The native of Port Coquitlam, B.C. is third in the SAC with 11 points this season and ranks fourth with eight goals. Following his scoring outburst against Lees-McRae, Bell is now tied for sixth in program history with 86 points and is tied for fifth with 52 career goals.
The Pioneers (1-1) will visit Alabama-Huntsville on Sunday at 1 p.m. (Eastern).
