Jessica Inscore was named the Director of Spirit Programs at Tusculum University in April 2014.

The Greeneville, Tennessee native coached cheerleading in the Greene County school system for four years prior to accepting the post at Tusculum.

During her tenure at TU, the Pioneers have garnered numerous honors and awards.

In 2014 at the NCA Camp, Tusculum garnered blue ribbons and trophies in gameday, cheer, sideline and fight Song routines. The TU mascot also received Blue Ribbon distinction as well as Spirit Stick honors for the program.

In 2015 at the UCA/UDA Camp, the Pioneers earned Most Improved accolades was the recipient of the UCA/UDA Game Plan Award.  TU was also tabbed UDA Most Spirited, earned UCA/UDA multiple blue ribbons, spirit stick and trophy in gameday, cheer, sideline and fight song routines.

In 2016, TU competed at the UCA Camp and received Most Improved distinction, all Blue Ribbons, spirit stick and trophies and gameday, cheer, sideline and fight song routines. Tusculum also attended the UCA Camp and received spirit stick, third place honors in Rally Routine and earned a Bronze Bid to nationals in 2017.

She also served as the assistant women's lacrosse coach at Tusculum during the 2015 and 2016 seasons, where she helped the Pioneers to back-to-back winning seasons and qualified for the South Atlantic Conference Tournament both years.

She was a UCA All-Star cheerleader during her prep career at Greeneville High School and was on the dance team at East Tennessee State University.  She was also on the competition dance team at Lesa’s School of Dance.

Inscore graduated with cum laude honors from Tusculum University in 2018 majoring in sport management with a minor in coaching.

Jessica and her husband Gabe Inscore (Tusculum ’96) are the proud parents of two children, Ansley and Brody.
